The yellow clothes implies a "Yellow Card" to Japanese govenment.

沖縄出身の衆議院議員のテルヤさんも自分の後援事務所に日本政府に「イエローカード」を出したことを表す黄色い大弾幕がかかっていました。

As you may have seen in the international media, there was a big dispute about what to do with the Futenma Air Station in our city, Ginowan. The former Prime Minister promised to move it off Okinawa, but then failed to deliver. There was a peace rally in Yomitan to protest the base. 90,000 people showed up.

4/25は普天間基地を県内に移設することに対して反対であるという沖縄県民の民意を示すために、県民大会が開かれました。開催場所の読谷村には9万人の県民が最終的に集まったそうです。
