Baptism (洗礼式)

Sunday the 9th was our big beach baptism down at Tropical Beach. It was a great day to get wet, because it was scorching hot. Several of the SOS students, some of our Japanese friends, and Chuck got baptized. He had never been immersed, only sprinkled as a baby. In the bottom picture, you can see the guys laying on hands and praying for those who got baptized.

8/9の午後、トロピカルビーチで洗礼式がありました。天気にも恵まれて、SOSの学生をはじめ、日本人のクリスチャンとチャックが洗礼を受けました。チャックは幼児洗礼を受けていますが、浸礼はまだ受けていないので受けることにしました。最後の写真は洗礼を受けた人たちのために祈っている姿です。
