View from "Pizza in the Sky" (ピザ喫茶 花人逢からの風景)

 While Pastor Tom and the Bible college students were in Korea, we took the opportunity to drive to the northern most part of Okinawa for a Saturday of sightseeing.  Actually, we were doing a little research as well.  Hiji Falls is on the list of places for future retreats, so we stopped by and checked out the facilities.  We also stopped by Hedo Point, which is the northern point of Okinawa, and looked out to where the Pacific meets the South China Sea.

We finished off the evening at the famous Pizza in the Sky restaurant. It is on the top of a very large hill overlooking the NW coast of Okinawa -- a beautiful view.  The pizza is excellent but like most Japanese pizza is expensive.

トム牧師とバイブルカレッジの学生たちがアウトリーチで韓国へ行っている間、私たちは日帰りで沖縄本島の最北端にあたる辺戸岬までドライブに行ってきました。今回は教会のリトリート会場をリサーチすることも兼ねていて比地大滝も見てきました。その後、太平洋及び東シナ海に面する辺戸岬に寄って来ました。とても綺麗でした。

夕食は美味しいと評判の「ピザ喫茶　花人逢」でピザを食べてきました。テラスからは伊江島、瀬底島、水納島までが一望できる素晴らしい眺めでした。
