Driving Up to Sendai with Yumi's Parents (由美の両親と東北へ出発)

After flying to Tokyo-Haneda and spending one night in Fujisawa with Yumi's parents, we got on the Tohoku Expressway heading north.   We made two stops: the first for ramen in Saitama Prefecture and the second for a coffee break in Fukushima Prefecture.  The traffic was unusually bad around Sendai, because it was rush hour.  Thankfully, we got to Roy's house safely.  I (Chuck) did, however, scrape Yumi's parents bumper on a rest stop curb.  Gomen.

東北へ出発する前に由美の実家に一泊し、翌日、由美の両親と一緒に東北へと車で向かいました。途中、埼玉、福島で食事などをしながら休憩し、無事、仙台のロイさんに家に着きました。
