Local Hero ("ダッチャー")

Have you ever seen this guy before?  Dacha is a local Tohoku action hero and is similar to the more well-known Kamen Rider.  His name comes from the suffix commonly added to the end of sentences when someone is speaking in the Tohoku dialect.  As in, "It's cold, dacha!"

東北のもご当地アクションヒーローがいました。その名も「未知ノ国守 ダッチャー」！どこにもこの様なヒーローがいるようです (笑)
