Jingisukan (ジンギスカン)

We arrived on Wednesday evening and spent Thursday with Trevor and the Lorinczes. Thursday we had lunch at a "Jingiskhan" restaurant. What is Jingiskhan? Barbequed lamb and vegetables. Jingiskhan is the Japanese spelling of Genghis Khan, the famous leader. According to tradition, Genghis and his boys used to grill meat on their helmets. Regardless, the food was delicious and the company was great!

水曜日の夜に札幌の到着し、その夜と次の日の木曜日はトレバーとローレンツ夫妻と一緒に時間を過ごしました。木曜日のお昼にはあの有名なジンギスカン（生ラムBBQ)を食べに行きました。何でも伝説によるとていた、ジンギスと彼の仲間が自分たちがかぶっていたヘルメットで肉を焼いていたのが始まりだそうです。とても美味しかったです。ありがとう！
