Kami Furano (上富良野)

One of the main attractions to the Furano area is the lavender fields. Other than ski season, the main time to visit is in June-July, when the lavender is in bloom. We swung by Tomita Farms, which is a well-known producer of lavender. Oh yeah, check out the can of Georgia coffee with the picture of Hokkaido on it!

富良野と言えばやっぱりラベンダー！冬はスキー客で賑わうそうですが、ラベンダー咲く、６月~７月には多くの観光客であふれるそうです。せっかく来たので、ラベンダー農園で有名な上富良野にある「富田ファーム」へ寄ってきました。そこには北海道限定のジョージアコーヒーも売っていたので写真を撮ってみました。
