CT: Another Yakisoba "Takidashi" in Ishinomaki (石巻で2度目の焼きそばの炊き出し)

Before we headed out to the cafe for the 2nd Yakisoba juice, we dropped by the area where we had worked with SP the previous week in the Watanohe district.  We were able to see Steve, one of the SP staff who was working there.  Also Aya and Fukiko ran into one of the home owners, Tsuda-san there.  Tsuda-san also became a believer through the work of SP but living at the nearby evac center by himself.  The girls spent time talking to him and listened to what he had to say.  His wife had already passed away and was living alone when the tsunami hit.  He wants his house gets fixed, but he does not know what to do next.  The girls invited him to the Yakisoba event later on.  Actually, he did come and was the first one to arrive at the cafe that day.

Sasaki family - Fukiko knew them from her previous trip to Tohoku with another group. They were happy to see Fukiko again and built a closer relationship to share Christ later on.

Abe family- Alex knew them from his previous trips to Tohoku.  Alex brought Yakisoba to the Abe family's house.  They were happy to see him again and meet Aya.

It was neat to see the Lord allowing us to follow-up with people who we had come across in our previous trips to Tohoku.  As we see them more, may the Lord open their heart to Jesus Christ.

石巻で2度目の炊き出しをする前に私たちが前週、SPで作業をしていた渡波地区へ少し寄ってきました。そこでSPのスタッフとして働いているスティーブに会うことが出来ました。また、彩ちゃんと蕗子ちゃんが家主さんの津田さんに再会しました。津田さんもここ最近SPの働きを通してクリスチャンになった方で、今は近くの避難所で一人で生活しているそうです。2人は津田さんの話を聞くことが出来ました。最後に近くで炊き出しをすることを伝えたところ、何と一番乗りで来てくれました。

佐々木ファミリー：蕗子ちゃんが前回他グループと石巻に来た時に知り合ったファミリーで、今回も会うことが出来て喜んでくれていました。これからも主の愛を伝えていけますように。

阿部ファミリー：アレックスも何度か東北へ来ていて、その時に会った阿部ファミリーにアレックスと彩ちゃんが焼きそばを持っていくことが出来ました。とても喜んでくれたそうです。

このようにして主が多くの人たちをフォローアップすることが出来、感謝でした。これからも彼らの心がイエス様に開かれますように。
