Higashi-Matsushima - Ushiami Evacuation Center (東松島市牛網避難所)

We finally arrived in Ushiami Evacuation Center in Higashi-Matsushima.  We joined in with CC Tokorozawa, a team from Hawaii. And Pastor Santo from CC West Tokyo.  The girls slept inside the evacuation center in a tatami room and the guys slept outside in a tent.  I (Chuck) chose to sleep in the van.  It wasn't too bad.  While we were there, the Hawaii team prepared a  Hawaiian dish for the people and Yumi and Chala got to help.  Fukiko, Aya, and I went to help out at another evac center in Shimo nigo where Logos Christian Fellowship and a team from Shizuoka were ministering.  We cooked shyoyu (soy sauce) chicken and had a gospel country concert.

東松島の牛網避難所に到着し、CC所沢とハワイからのチームに合流しました。CC西東京の山東牧師も先に到着されていました。ここの牛網では数日の間、みなさんのご厚意で避難所の応接室女性陣に貸して頂き、男性陣は外の避難所の駐車場にテントを張って寝泊まりをしました。チャックは車の中で寝ていたとのことでした。初日の夜はトラビス牧師をリーダーにハワイのチームがハワイの食事を用意して下さいました。私（由美）とちゃらさんも食事の用意を手伝わせて頂きました。一方、下二郷にある避難所ではロゴスクリスチャンフェローシップと静岡から来たチームが醤油チキンをみなさんに振る舞ったそうです。チャックと彩ちゃんと蕗子ちゃんはそちらでの奉仕になりました。食事の後、ゴスペルのカントリーコンサートをされたそうです。
