Day 5: Samaritan's Purse Tome Base (5日目：サマリタンズパース登米ベース)

From Toma to Tome.  Here's a few pictures of us at the Samaritan's Purse camp in Tome.  It was about 1.5 hours away from Roy Toma's house in Sendai to the camp.  It was a nice place to crash after working all day cleaning up stuff and working on homes.  There was a guys quarters, girls quarters, dining/meeting/devotion area.  The food was good and the staff were all good guys.  We were happy to stay there.  We met some interesting people from various churches and ministries who were staying there.



「とま」から「とめ（登米）」 へ - この日からサマリタンズパースのキャンプがある宮城県の登米郡へ場所を移しました。ロイ（とま）さんの新居がある仙台からキャンプまでは約車で1時間半でした。一日家の掃除など肉体労働をした後、戻ってくることが出来、休める場所があったのはとてもありがたいことでした。寝る場所も男性、女性と別れていて、食事をするところやミーティング兼ディボーションが出来る場所もありました。また色々な教会からボランティア、スタッフの方々が集まってきていてとても楽しい交わりを持つことが出来ました。
